Once the frame is stood, a skid steer loader clears framing waste and site debris, leaving the site ready for the next stage. A mixed waste bin and brick bin are then delivered.
Mixed waste bins are exchanged on request throughout the build. Serviced by telehandler with a 1.2 tonne limit per bin, for standard build waste only.
Once scaffold is removed or brick and roof works are completed, our service team will attend site and carry out a full perimeter clean.
Prior to handover, all waste is removed and the site reinstated ready for handover. The bin remains on site for up to four weeks after.
